2. Transaction Currency
All transactions, invoice payments, and price listings on our platform are processed and settled exclusively in
EUR (Euros, €).
3. VAT (Value Added Tax) Treatment
All services offered on Parlinx Tech OÜ are digital products. Prices are displayed in EUR
and include Estonian VAT of 24% where applicable, depending on the customer's country of
residence.
For EU business customers with a valid EU VAT identification number, the VAT may be zero-rated (reverse charge
mechanism applied). A detailed PDF invoice containing the exact price, VAT rate, and calculated VAT amount will
be generated for every transaction and made available in the customer dashboard.
4. Recurring Billing & Subscription Disclosures
Strictly Non-Recurring / Prepaid Only: Parlinx Tech OÜ does NOT offer
subscription plans, automatic renewals, or automatic card billing. All purchases of proxy server bandwidth or
access duration are strictly one-time, prepaid, non-recurring.
Once your purchased data package (GB) is consumed or the rented time period (e.g., 7, 30, 60, or 90 days)
expires, your access to the proxy network will stop automatically. You will never be automatically charged again
or rebilled. To continue using the service, you must manually log in and place a new purchase.
No Free Trials with Auto-Conversion: We do not offer free trials or introductory plans that
convert automatically to paid plans.
5. Refund and Cancellation Summary
- Withdrawal Right: Under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m), since our services are
digital content delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal is waived once the service has been
provisioned/accessed. If you have not yet accessed or activated the proxy package, you have the right to
withdraw within 14 days.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days back to the original payment
card/method used.
- Cancellation Policy: Since there are no recurring subscriptions, no cancellation request is
necessary to prevent future payments. You can stop using the service at any time; unused duration or volume
does not qualify for partial refunds.
